Absolutely gutted the food arrived cold and wasn't as enjoyable as usual. Understandable its a Saturday night. 40 mins later than time stated ( again it's Saturday night) so this is Understandable. But food been cold is not.

Food lovely as always and delivered before th estimated time of delivery. Only issue was that one of the meals ordered was missing. I rang and as we were eating as a family, my son had to go and collect the missing item.

Ordered the food said collect In 30 minutes. Stood in the shop for 20 minutes after that for the woman to say what was the name again. She then picked my order off the bench. This parcel had been sat there the whole time I had been stood! Got home and they forgot to give us our pop and the food cold. Rang up and the woman on the phone said the reason the food was cold was because “they busy you know”. We paid for our food to be given it cold, because you’re busy?? Never again. No manners and certainly no organised!

The donner kebab was lovely but the wrap was swimming in grease. As in dripping through the bread and the brown paper packet was soaked. It couldn’t be eaten.
